New awesome math games for android

Numberline puzzle game

Number Line is a pretty nifty math game with great graphics and a simple concept. When you start a round, you get a number in the target square. You must draw a line on one or more tiles that together form the target number. If you do, you’ll get points, a new number, and a new board. If you make a mistake, you lose points. This process will continue until time runs out. Leaderboards and achievements motivate users to achieve more in this fast-paced game. This is one of the most addictive math games I have ever found.

2vars

The developers of 2Vars aptly describe the app as a “math puzzle game”. While some of the other games on this list may be suitable for younger students, this one is challenging enough that we recommend it for students ages 7+. The basic premise of the game is that you are a number in a simple math problem and you have to guess which of the provided sets of two variables combined with the operator gives you the correct answer. Early levels are fairly easy, such as X + Y = 5, but later levels become quite difficult, such as X/2 = Y. This is a great game for anyone who wants to sharpen their thinking skills with increasingly complex puzzles.

2048 – Endless Combo

We have already told you about the popular game 2048, and this version takes the game to a whole new level. Just like in the original, swipe the tiles on the game board to try to match them, or add two of the same value to double the value. The goal is to keep doing this until you hit the target number (usually 2,048, although some users are trying to reach 8,196) without getting stuck. It’s not easy to do well, but if you have a basic knowledge of math and enjoy matching and puzzles, this is a great way to pass the time while sharpening your math skills.

Kids Math Count Numbers Game

One of the cartoonish games on the list, this app offers a variety of activities for young students from preschool to second grade. A variety of activities are included, such as B. connecting the dots, writing/drawing numbers and filling in the blanks. Although the graphics are beautiful and the variety is good, older students will get bored quickly as there are no scoreboards or timers to force you to improve for a higher score.

Quinto

Described as a “little puzzle game that makes simple math a lot of fun”, I found Quinto challenging at first, but I soon got the hang of it. The goal is to swipe the numbers and operators to solve the number you want with the given number of tiles. For example, you might be asked to add three numbers to 13. You swipe the board to find the combination of 9 + 5 – 1, three numbers plus operators that match the given number. While it’s not the most beautifully designed or complex game, the simple concept keeps many users coming back.

Mathaholics

Another great game for puzzle lovers, Mathaholics gives you a target number and a deck of cards to use with operators to get the answer. For example, at a beginner level you might know that the target is “2” and you get 1, 2, and 4 with the +/- operators. In this case you can solve the puzzle by choosing 4 – 2 = 2 and then 2 – 1 = 1. There are often several ways to find the answer, and the introduction of operators makes you think once you get to some of the more difficult puzzles.

Math and cheese

The mice will find your cheese, but you have to solve a simple math problem to keep them out of your mousetrap. Stay long and the rats can win. Beautiful graphics and many levels, including four basic operations, make this game suitable for children from preschool to teenage years.
